One To One
To support and deepen your practice and learning, individual sessions can be tailored to your needs. A typical hour long session would include a talk given by myself, guided Meditation and Mindfulness practice and the opportunity for you to ask questions and explore anything which is alive for you at the time.
You can also follow the courses in one to one sessions, which enables a more in depth and focussed exploration of the areas covered in the courses.
Business / Organisations
